Follow the squirrel! Walk consciously, immerse yourself in the forest in a sensory manner, adopt sylvic breathing, and have fun!

Half day walk (2.5h) - Open to everyone, children and adults - 1h of easy walk + workshops.
Hours: 9.30 am/12pm or 2 pm/4.30 pm.
Departure 30 min before in the Maison du Lac in Nances.
Registration in advance by email or by phone (+33 6 42 18 24 38).
All year outings, if enough participants and if the weather is fine.
