The house was built in 1935 in the heart of St-Genix-sur-Guiers, a village famous for its "St Genix", I set up a table and a living room in 3 confidential realms. My 3 rooms are luminous, fancy and modern while keeping their identity, their charm and the style of this house. Modern design with a mix of artists and universes. Sharing and tranquility are the key words in a nice and calm atmosphere that creates a friendly environment.
